SERVICES
Direct Lobbying:
Mason Consulting represents clients’ interest before the State Legislature, Office of the Governor, State Board of Education, and multiple cabinet departments and agencies in the Executive branch of state government.
Strategic Planning:
Mason Consulting helps clients identify business opportunities, develop advocacy goals,
craft effective messages, and implement winning strategies. Hallie will work to ensure the appropriate government officials understand the positive policy implications of her clients’ goals and efforts.
Budget Advocacy:
Mason Consulting has extensive experience with the appropriations process. Hallie
follows the budget throughout the various steps and advises clients on the business
impact of proposed budget items and related funding issues. Mason Consulting also advocates for program funding on behalf of clients.
Monitoring, Research & Analysis:
Mason Consulting provides monitoring of legislative and administrative actions -
including committee hearings, floor actions, regulatory proposals, and budget
proposals that may impact a client’s ability to conduct business in West Virginia.
Hallie also provides research and analysis of identified issues.
Procurement:
Mason Consulting pursues partnership opportunities with the State of
West Virginia and works closely with clients to provide planning,
advice, and monitoring of the procurement process.
